Advice may include: drinking water to assist in the detoxification and potential dehydration that massage has brought about, avoid over confidence in the extension of muscles, tendons and ligaments that you may feel you can achieve, avoid alcohol, and be prepared for slight dizziness in the first 10-15 minutes following a massage. Other advice may be given depending on the nature of the treatment.
