If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use my website. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Every effort is made to accurately present the products in our images. However, there may be differences in how our computers or monitors and yours display the products.
Some products are handmade, and so please accept that there may be slight variations from product to product.
We make every effort to share as much information as possible about a product, to help you make an informed decision about a purchase. If you feel we could improve, please do let us know either by phone, email or our contact form. Similarly, we try to give as much information as possible about availability and delivery costs, and we will try to keep this information as up to date as we can. If you have ordered an item and it transpires that we are out of stock, you will be given a full refund within 2-3 working days.
The date, time, duration and location/venue of treatments are subject to Calvin Finn's availability and must be confirmed by him. 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. A surcharge of 20% of the total cost of the treatment may be levied where the client fails to give at least 24 hours notice. For missed appointments i.e. where the client fails to turn up for an appointment (‘no show’) the full cost of the treatment and any associated costs agreed in advance with the client will be payable. If you arrive late for your appointment Calvin Finn will try his best to accommodate but please appreciate that this is not always possible due to prior diary commitments and therefore you may not receive the full time you had booked.
What's included in a treatment:
A treatment includes the consultation, time to undress/dress where necessary, the ‘hands on’ element of the treatment and post treatment discussion, client feedback and demonstration of any exercises. However, a 20 minute consultation is free on the first treatment for new clients provided a 1 hour paid treatment immediately follows the consultation.
Treatments - other essential information:
If you are aged 16 or below and wish to receive a treatment you must be accompanied by your guardian or legal representative. In most cases this will mean one of your parents will need to join you.
There are two forms you and Calvin will need to complete before your first and subsequent treatments can proceed. Calvin is happy to discuss the detail of these forms but please be advised refusal to complete and sign off these forms will mean the treatment cannot proceed. In this situation, the treatment will be regarded as a ‘no show’ and payable in full. You may download the forms as PDF files in advance of your appointment: client form and treatment form. Please read the forms carefully.
Please be advised that if you think you have a cold or indeed any other systemic contagious conditions you should not present yourself for a treatment. It is better to leave the treatment until you are fully recovered.
Out Calls/Home Visits
Out calls or home visits are those treatments not performed at one of Calvin Finn’s regular clinics, details of which can be found on the contacts page of his website. The cost of such treatments do not attract an additional premium but may, depending on distance, attract a mileage charge at 0.46p per mile. The cost of any car parking fees will also be added where necessary. Please discuss and agree any mileage or parking charges with Calvin at the time of booking your treatment.
Gift vouchers may be used for payment towards the value of a massage treatment by Calvin Finn. Just present your vouchers to Calvin at your scheduled appointment. There are a few additional things to know about our gift vouchers:
- they must be redeemed by the ‘Use by Date’. Usually, this date is 6 months after the ‘Date of Issue’. Both of the dates can be found on the vouchers. Regrettably, vouchers that are not presented by the ‘Use by Date’ are not redeemable.
- may not be redeemed if mutilated/defaced or otherwise damaged. We are also not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen vouchers.
- may not be exchanged for cash or credit, and no change will be given for any unused portion of the vouchers.
- The date, time and location/venue of your massage treatment must be agreed in advance and is subject to Calvin Finn’s availability. Where additional travelling is involved in a home visit, the redeemer of the voucher may be required to cover these additional travelling costs.
- cannot be used with any other offer.
- We regret that, as vouchers are personalised, we are unable to offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices are all shown in Pound Sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered. Prices displayed on our website may change at any time and at our discretion.
Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase on our website is easy. Just browse our product range, click any items that you are interested in and, if satisfied with the product information and price, place them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your shopping click on your shopping "Cart". Review the items you have placed in your cart. Select an available shipping method and then proceed with the final checkout.
You can purchase securely via PayPal, with or without a PayPal account. Once you are redirected to the secure Paypal website, you will be able to select either 'Pay with my PayPal account' or 'Pay with a debit or credit Card'. Paypal will send you an email confirming payment following placement of your order. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order using the contact information you provided during the checkout process. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us via Paypal, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. For payments other than those made through our website, Calvin Finn accepts cash and most debit and credit cards using a secure Point of Sale card reader, provided by Squareup Europe Ltd and Squareup International Ltd. For further information about their services please go to www.squareup.com.

We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchase. However, we can offer a refund if it’s not what you wanted or it’s not as you imagined. It’s essential you return your item(s) in their original packaging in a resalable, unused condition within 14 days after the day you received the product, to:

Should you wish to return any item, please obtain a proof of postage certificate as we are not responsible for any items that do not reach us. We regret, items returned to us after 14 days will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
A refund will include the full value of the item(s) returned, but will exclude the original delivery charges and the charges you incur when returning the item(s) to us. We will make the refund to the original payment method you used to purchase the item(s). Upon receipt of your returned items, we will arrange a refund within three working days.
Faulty or Damaged items:
If your item(s) arrived damaged or faulty, please return them to us immediately to the above address for our inspection and we will either offer a replacement or a full refund - depending on your preference. We will also refund Royal Mail Standard Delivery costs to return the item(s) to us. Any additional shipping costs are your sole responsibility. We will not be able to refund or replace items that have become faulty after 12 months from purchase.
Unless damaged or faulty, toiletries, made to measure, personalized or specially ordered items, for example gift vouchers, are not refundable. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate for the return of any item as we are not responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
Taxes & Duties:
Where we have agreed in advance to deliver outside of the European Community (EC) please be aware you are responsible for paying the country’s import duty or other taxes.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped for delivery by contacting us by email. To cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the instructions for returning an item to us.
Our website has been designed by us and Battle Virtual Assistants. All of the photographs are either taken by us or purchased. You are welcome to use those images that we have taken but please let us know and link the image back to us. We are unable to share those images that we have purchased from a third party.
